About Me

Through my wellness services, I have been helping adults and children in their personal, spiritual and professional development for 24+ years. I am a trained psychotherapist licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York.  I use a strengths based and integrative approach and draw from many theoretical frameworks including transpersonal/ spiritual therapy, humanistic therapy, energy psychology, internal family systems therapy, positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness based interventions, metaphysical teachings and somatic healing. I am also certified as a Life Coach, Clinical Telemental Health Provider, Nutritional & Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professional and Reiki Master.

As an empath, clairsentient and claircognizant I am keenly aware of people's emotions, thoughts  and intentions. These abilities allow me to gently guide people into recognizing any negative defenses keeping them from creating an authentic and fulfilling life.

In  2008, I experienced a spontaneous kundalini awakening and a profound activation of my twin flame connection which led me into a journey of deep soul searching.  Although I was always intuitive and spiritual, this awakening propelled me into an even more profound examination of my life purpose. The kundalini awakening was ultimately a blessing but at that time I was not prepared  for the massive amount of light waves that entered my body and it detrimentally affected my health. My central nervous system became overwhelmed, my immune system collapsed and major bodily functions became compromised.  I began to experiment with different healing techniques including energy modalities and became even more enthralled in spiritual teachings.  I also began to recognize and experience the healing properties of the heart which is what inspired the business name "Heart Might Creations."
